Design Notes

This uses an Animate Scroll swatch to 'fadeinup' as the page scroll nears the position of the button stack, positioned just above the footer.

The button colour is controlled by a background swatch so can be a site styles colour or a custom defined colour.

The 'top' position is set as an anchor defined in the main section container.

The button fades out again if the user scrolls back up the page and the button stack leaves the parameters defined in the Animate Scroll swatch by scroller-start and scroller-end.
